Jess Kilts offers a range of in-person and virtual training options that include nutritional guidance and programming, as well as powerlifting coaching for intermediate to elite athletes.
As a coach, Jess’ primary area of interest is helping individuals become well-rounded athletes, no matter your current fitness level—with a focus on strength, conditioning and mobility.
If you’re based in the Los Angeles area, Jess can provide personalized one-on-one training at one location: Pharos Athletic Club in Echo Park.

· Video review of technique
· Two-way responsive feedback on program and selective exercises

***Please note that availability for virtual coaching is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. If you express interest and Jess does not have the availability to accommodate you, you will be added to a waitlist with the option to participate in online virtual group training camps available in 2020.
For intermediate to elite students who have already established one-rep maxes on squat, bench and deadlift, Jess offers virtual and in-person off-season training and competition preparation.

"I started training with Coach Kilts in 2015, with no prior powerlifting experience. Since then I have set 16 State Records, 9 National Records, and 1 World Record. I also won silver overall when I went to USPA Drug Tested Nationals in 2019. I had originally trained with Coach Kilts in person while she was in Chicago. I have trained virtually with her since she moved back to LA. I have been just as successful training virtually with her as I was in-person. I placed 1st in my Weight and Age Category and 3rd overall in the Open category at my latest meet in 2020 while qualifying for Worlds and Nationals. I genuinely do not think I would have stuck with this sport if it hadn’t been for Jess and her coaching style. She’s very tough and will push you but it’s because she really cares about you."
